I'll stamp all over 'credible boxer' Jake Paul - Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.

British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "overpower" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.

Ex two-time unified title holder Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge disparity - at Miami venue on December 19th.

Boxer's Attitude

"I plan to damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.

"I'm going to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my intention."

Civil Exchange

In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally recognized for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.

Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British rival Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.

"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.

"I acknowledge that."

Serious Opponent

In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.

"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.

Jake Paul's Background

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.

He lost to Briton Fury in last year.

Financial Attraction

However, the novice remains one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning substantial financial rewards.

Prediction and Confidence

The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently in the works for 2026.

"The next fight will be my match with Fury next year," Paul stated.

Physical Disparity

As both boxers participated in the usual stare-down, with their physical disparity evident, it emphasized just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the match is really going ahead.
